Brent owns our proposition development and Solution for Next Generation BPO, with extensive experience from strategic development to operational execution. Brent’s role is to design and own the end to end solution development activities, supporting clients with their requirements, challenges and desired outcomes. He is experienced in managing operations, programmes and large scale solution development for UK Government and International Institutions such as the European Space Agency. A core focus is on leveraging the pillars of transformation, people, process, technology and culture.
