Lorri Smyth

Lorri is an Senior Service Designer in the Experience Design team.

For the last decade, she has worked as a Service Design consultant for third and public sector organisations. Her particular interest is in the creation of public services that prevent, mitigate and reduce inequalities across society.

She is a co-founder of the Service Design Scotland Network and Co-Facilitator of the Service Design Scotland Distanced Gatherings.
