Teresa is a highly experienced consulting manager, bringing a holistic and innovative approach to clients’ strategic and operational challenges. She has over 25 years’ experience developing and delivering technology and consulting led solutions to clients across the Private and Public Sectors, and has created multiple award winning disruptive solutions in software, outsourcing and consulting services including building her own award winning software company. Her advisory work includes troubleshooting multi-billion pound programmes, and developing new strategies and operating and delivery models for the boards of £1-6 billion software and services companies.

The common thread throughout her career has been the deep desire to truly solve challenges faced by organisations and never forgetting that organisations’ success rests on their people’s success.
