Tim joined Sopra Steria in December 2022 as Executive Client Director for the financial services industry. In this role, Tim is responsible for the financial services go-to-market strategy across all Sopra Steria solutions, including outsourcing, debt management and consulting, helping our partners understand where our expertise lies and how they can benefit from it. He is focused on establishing long-term partnerships that deliver excellent experience and outcomes for our clients and their customers.
Tim joined Sopra Steria from Arrow Global, where he established and led a number of outsourcing partnerships with some of the UK’s leading retail banks. Prior to Arrow, Tim worked at PwC for almost 10 years, most recently leading their UK business development team. The financial services industry has been a focus throughout his career and he brings with him a wealth of practical experience in this market.

We asked 1,000 UK consumers (representative of the population by age, gender, region and socio-economic status) a range of questions about their current financial situation, as well as how they might react if things changed.
