We are thrilled to be speaking at Digital Leaders Public Sector Innovation Week.

Now in its 4th year, the PSI Week will be a truly nationwide week of events, both face to face events and online talks. Right across the UK from Monday to Friday there will be lectures, talks, conferences and awards.

Join us for a webinar hosted by our very own Amanda Payne, Experience Strategy Director - Public Services, who will be delivering an insightful session on “Creating customer-centric change with the CAA.”

Amanda will share invaluable insights and strategies for driving customer-centric transformation within the public sector, drawing from our successful collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

In this session, we will discuss how centring around the customer within the public sector can make a real difference to strategy, governance and people. We will look at how organisations can shift their culture and behaviours so that they are more focussed on the people they serve and show how this can be done in practice, evidenced by our work with the CAA.
