About the Event
Credit Services Association’s (CSA) UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) (in association with Data on Demand) is the flagship annual event for the collections and debt purchase sector. Open to both CSA members and non-members, it brings together professionals from across the collections and wider credit industry to discuss the most pressing issues faced by firms and their customers and stakeholders.
The event will again feature a packed programme including high profile keynote presentations on future trends and breakout sessions, as well as an exhibition showcasing the latest industry innovations, and concluding with the UKCCC Gala Dinner where the CSA Awards will recognise the dedication and commitment shown by firms, teams, and individuals working in our industry.
