We are thrilled to announce that Trisha Booth has joined our team as Head of ServiceNow Engagement, a role that reflects her extensive experience and passion for customer satisfaction.

In this role, she will be responsible for creating and maintaining standards for customer satisfaction, overseeing the engagement with internal and external ServiceNow clients, and delivering exceptional platform implementation on time, on budget and high customer satisfaction levels.

To get to know her better, we asked her some questions about her views on technology and her inspirations.

Interviewer: Hi Trisha. Welcome to the team! It’s great to have you on board in our ServiceNow practice. Tell us a bit about why ServiceNow has been such an integral part of your career?

Trisha Booth: Thank you for the kind welcome! It’s great to be here and I’m looking forward to getting started. For me, ServiceNow is a game-changer that transforms the way people work and live. It provides so many solutions for various challenges and opportunities across different domains. It’s so much more than a simple ticketing tool, and has an impact on so many people’s lives, often without them realising. The future of ServiceNow is in its investment in AI. There’s a solid roadmap for AI being fully integrated into the platform, which will undoubtedly drive a radical evolution, to deliver the best outcomes for citizens.

Interviewer: Thank you for that insight. It’s clear you have a passion for the ServiceNow platform. But what about other tech? How do you feel emerging technology will impact people’s lives?

TB: I’m excited about how technology can enhance our lives. It’s so much a part of the every day and is more aligned to people’s lives than ever before. I’m really interested in how user experience (UX) learns from and drives people’s behaviours. An example from my own life is how I can use tech to monitor my elderly mother's wellbeing remotely, using sensors and alerts.

Interviewer: Technology has certainly had an impact on your life. But who do you take as your inspiration? Who has changed the way you think about the future?

TB: My role model is Michelle Obama. I admire her for her unique ability to unite people and rise above challenges, with dignity and grace. Her leadership, under such intense pressure and scrutiny is inspiring. Her famous quote is one of my favourite sayings: "When they go low, we go high." I try to emulate that mantra in my own life.
