- The move will enhance service delivery for thousands of end users across Sopra Steria's public and private sector client base.
- It supports Sopra Steria’s aim to be the first managed service provider in the UK with a fully AI-enabled platform.
London, UK – 4 December 2024 – Sopra Steria, the purpose-led digital transformation provider, has announced it has selected ServiceNow to transform its IT service management platform.
As a managed IT service provider to a large number of public and private sector organisations across the UK, the introduction of ServiceNow will benefit thousands of end users across Sopra Steria’s customer base.
Already a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner and newly registered Build Partner this year, the latest move cements Sopra Steria’s investment in the Now Platform, strengthening its partnership with ServiceNow to deliver first class managed services for clients across the UK.
Sopra Steria has chosen the Now Platform for two key reasons. Firstly, it has been developed with an AI-first approach, supporting Sopra Steria’s aim to be the first managed service provider in the UK with a fully AI-enabled platform.
Secondly, the platform can adapt to meet the evolving requirements of Sopra Steria and its customers, with near real-time advances in technology achieved with a no code/low code base – delivering the critical flexibility that is needed in an ever-changing environment.
Sopra Steria will work closely with ServiceNow over the next year to ensure a smooth transition to full adoption of the Now Platform.
Adrian Fieldhouse, UK Executive Lead (ServiceNow) at Sopra Steria, said:
“Our selection of the Now Platform demonstrates our commitment as both a ServiceNow technology partner and now as a customer. We know the platform’s capabilities will ably support us in delivering exceptional customer service for our clients that will evolve with their needs.”
